Preparation

Heat coconut milk until gently simmering, take off the heat and add gelatin

Leave to bloom for a few moments and then stir to combine

Leave to cool and add coconut rum

Pour mix into a shallow dish and place in the refrigerator to set

Once solid, cut jello mix into small rectangle and lay a candy fish on top, before wrapping with a fruit roll up
